The Avengers still don't have their own 1970s title, but they do play a recurring, important supporting role in Amazing...Black Widow.
This group of Avengers is not the same group as-published in 1971-1972. This group consists of Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Black Knight, and -- replacing Black Widow when she's out on leave -- Hercules. To a great extent, this team resembles the published Avengers team of 1967. The roster changes went differently in this timeline, though.
Hawkeye served with the Avengers starting in 1965, filling in the gap left when a time-displaced Wonder Man died again.
Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch both started serving in 1966, taking over for the last of the founding members, Hank and Jan.
Black Widow joined in 1967, taking over for a departing Rick Jones. She was the last Avenger to serve with Captain America, who stepped down so Spider-Man could join the team in 1968. But later that same year the charter was changed so there could be six Avengers serving at a time, so the Black Knight could join.
So, up to 1971, this is a tight team that has functioned together for 3-6 years, making up in teamwork what they lack in raw power. Of course, Hercules is just one of many reservists waiting in the wings to be called in to fill gaps. Also, the Vision is hanging around with the Avengers unofficially, and has been since 1968. However, the Vision currently has the mental state of a child instead of a full-grown adult (he's only 3 years old, after all) and is more the ward of the Avengers instead of a member. Wanda in particular thinks of him as a son.
