A long time in the making, sorry for the delay. Here's a preview for issue 7 of Exiles.
Exiles#7: lantern's Light
Universe 1206. The Blackness of Deep Space.
Death was not a new sensation to the man known as Thanos, nor was it one her feared. Each time the life faded from his powerful form, his beloved, Death herself, would welcome him into her arms like a lover returning from war. This time though, things were different; there was no warm welcome, no comforting light, nothing. There was only the cold loneliness of space.
It was clear his beloved had shunned him due to his failure. He had deliberately freed Galactus from Annihilus’ doomsday weapon, ending the Annihilation War and saving billions of lives. Surely this displeased Death, resulting in the Titan’s spirit floating listlessly beside his own corpse rather than being accepted into the afterlife.
The spectre cried out in despair but his ghostly voice had no substance. He screamed in rage and begged Death to accept him before focusing his incredible will in an attempt to relocate his spirit to a more suitable location. Instead a tear formed in the fabric of reality, not unexpected considering the death energies radiating from his form and his attempt to bend reality.
From within the tear came a small black item, a ring, flying like a bullet towards his corpse. A foreboding voice accompanied the ring, one devoid of any emotion.
“Thanos of Titan. RISE.”

How exciting!!! I am so looking forward to this! The only one small nitpick is that you said "her" instead of "he" which is something I do all the time. Just thought I'd let ya catch it before you send it to Erik. What a perfect Black Lantern!

Ok, I've finished the issue. I just plan to proofread it tonight before I submit. There was so much stuff that I'm turning it into a two parter. I'd say after Issue 8 (part 2 of this story is done) I might wrap the series up in Issue 9.

I'm so excited! However I noticed you mentioned something about "wrapping up the series" if you do that I may have to send my pack of 100 rabid puppies to your home, don't make me unleash the cute foaming hoard!

Well I'd hate to disappoint my one and only fan. We'll see how I feel when I wrap this two parter up. After the events of next issue things in Exiles are set up to change. I plan to set it up in a way that I could revisit the team at a later time if I wanted to. You'll get at least two more issues out of me :-). If I finish up you'll need to fall in love with some of my other titles...once I get past one issues haha.

lol I doubt I'm your one and only fan, just the most vocal If you'd like to toss some ideas around or looking for a co-writer maybe then I am always available I'd hate to see this title go on hiatus . . . Of course wouldn't want you to write something when it stopped being fun. I will be jumping on your other titles soon, I've had so much going on I haven't read much lately, or written for that matter.

Reviews are just really kind of lacking in the community overall.

Yeah I've noticed that, which is sadly. The only fan fic site I've seen where most titles in an update get lots of reviews doesn't update that regularly. Its good to know that people read my titles, all I really need is acknowledgement that they're being read. Reviews are just a nice bonus.
